Pattern Master closing prematurely (Updateable Query Error)

Problem: The application constantly closed down on its own and gave an updateable query error.
It [Application] probably needs the latest updates.
To resolve: -Check latest update of software (Call Wildginger tech Support). If not listed in title bar of app then go under >>help >>about Pattern Master. If update is not current then... -You must have admin rights to update app. -go to page 7 of the product manual to obtain update url (Tech support will not give url over the phone!) -Follow installation instructions. (Note*)This may also cause you to need ICX40 update if so download and install that as well.
